I'm not far behind him, I also got a wheat grinder and can't wait to try my hand at a loaf of wheat. I'll give it a shot and let you know. I think Kent might just be my favorite uncle. I love that he made bread. : )Well and it also helps that he got up at the crack of dawn, well before it actually, and made us a hot breakfast : )
